Worst border experience I've had. Two friends and I decided to go watch a Mariners game. They bought some Tobacco while in Seattle and off we went back to Canada. The first lady was quite rude when they claimed their tobacoo at the window but we were aware we would have to go in and pay duty. Rude or not no big deal. So I drive over to park and get waved over to a parking spot by a patrol lady. Now it's not what she said that bothers me so much it was her tone and her plain expression of disgust that gets me. Keep in mind I've recently moved to Calgary but I'm born and raised in Vancouver. So upon parking she taps on my window: "I don't know how you do things in ALBERTA but here in BEAUTIFUL BC WE PARK IN THE RIGHT SPOT! " Again I can live with the words but she said it with such hate it was incredible. If this is how you guys treat fellow Canadians I'm ashamed to think how you may treat those from other countries.

I had a wonderful experience crossing the border with my dog Pitu. As long as you have your paperwork in order, the crossing is fast and friendly!

Worse boarder crossing experience of my life. Discrimination on American side is normal to me, but Canadians officers at this boarder crossing I was extreamly disappointed with. There is alot of room for improvement and training. They can easily pull you in and check what they need to without making unnesasory remarks and insults. I'll be following this up with CBSA and hope information I provide can be used to train our officers better.

Not bad just ok - it does what it says on the tin. We're from the uk. Entering US - Queued for 45 mins and then asked to pull in - another 35 mins later we were through. It was ok but 1hour 20min to cross the border. On way back to Canada it was about 15 mins with a 2 min stop.

If you don't mind driving extra miles, definitely use this border crossing on a busy day. It will save you time. Staff are efficient, polite and professional.
