One of the BEST self storage companies i have dealt with. I am from Winnipeg, MB. I had some dealing in Toronto. I own my own business here in Winnipeg, MB. As per my dealings out east in Ontario, i usually use self storage companies to store some of my products for only a few months at a time until i can get them shipped to Winnipeg. I have used plenty of self storage companies until i came across Canadian Self Storage!!! Their prices are extremely competitive and i usually always shop around for both pricing and cleanliness and so on especially when it comes down to storing my products temporarily for months at a time. They are super clean units and extremely friendly staff along with very competitive pricing. Staff are awesome, as i have dealt and will keep dealing with Zack(hope i spelt his name right!) He was awesome to deal with, very well spoken fellow, smoothed out my process in finding a clean and big enough storage unit to fit my products. It felt like it was peace of mind dealing with him by not having to worry about any fine prints as i usually face with other companies and their contracts!!! He took care of everything, very knowledgeable which made me think that he has been working there for a very long time and he knows his stuff for sure. Will always go back and deal with him next time i get products that has to be stored in Ontario. From a company owner to another company (Canadian Self Storage) Job well done. You can even see how they treat their employees based on the reflection from the one employee (Zack) whom i dealt with at the time. 5 stars hands down. Just like my business, you can tell how well the business is doing by simply speaking and dealing with that company's employees! Which really says a lot.

Warning!  They mislead you with fees. 
The promote themselves as being VERY competitive because they charge their customers only monthly instead of every 4 weeks like some other storage companies due.  
My husband and I pay every 4 weeks, and not monthly.  
We pay 13 times per year instead of 12 times per year.  That more money in their pocket.  
I noticed other people complaining about this exact same issue.  
This is not fair, and poor business practices.

They treated me professionally and provided what was promised.  The facilities are easy to access and they are responsive to any requests which you may have.

Stay away!! other storage companies will treat you much better and not lie to you about their policies. also noticed many bugs when walking through the hallway! gross!!!!
