Always some good deals on here. These days you can get a good selection of kitchen ware for very good prices. It is worth while keeping an eye on the flyer for some amazing sales, and the staff are usually knowledgeable and helpful.

Always trys their hardest to help. I understand that things take time and some people need to learn a little patience. Not everything can be done with a snap of their fingers. The worst thing about this location is the customers! Rude and too stupid to comprehend what is being told to them. The staff are amazing for what they have to put up with on a day to day basis.

Also Johnny the cashier here. No. Just no.

If you have time please read this review. DO NOT go to this location. The parts manager, Paul, is useless and racist. Him and his colleague in the parts department said to me and my family to our faces that we looked like thieves. We were trying to buy a GPS and the policy is that the GPS (locked behind the counter) has to be walked up to cash by a Canadian Tire representative. Okay. THATS FINE. No problem. However, we simply asked “why” and he flat out said “you and your family look like thieves”. He COULD’VE said “I’m sorry ma’am but that’s our policy”. Nope. He said we looked like thieves. Terrible terrible terrible customer service.

My sister took her van there for an emission test. After the CT people were done, she couldn't start her van. She asked them what went wrong. they said it would cost around $150  just to diagnose it. My sis explained everything worked fine before they worked on the van, could it be that they actually broke it? They became nasty and my sis called a friend to take her home. She went back there next day with a friend who could explain things better. The manager's story was still if you wanted to drive it home you pay to get it fixed. My sis went home fuming for a day. Then she got two more friends to go help reasoning with the manager. While they were arguing, a mechanic got the van working in the back and handed the key to my sis. They realized my sis wouldn't leave this time till she got her van back. People please save your the heartache and not to try your luck there. It is probably the most dishonest business on this planet. It got its "Crappy Tire" nickname for a reason.

Had some very mixed feelings with service department. Older gentlemen Doug has been great, I usually go with my girlfriend here to get her yearly tire change over done. I went once for a quick front end alignment. Turns out one bushing was wore (okay no problem, will get fixed at my own mechanic and return). They sent me out with the keys to pick up the car and head on my way. Approached my car at bay doors as 'mechanic' was just finished with it. Mechanic rudely says did you pay? I said no they said it was okay because my car wasn't able to actually be aligned just yet. Mechanic started freaking out saying he doesn't get paid then either. On the other hand the store is a separate story. Staff is not overly helpful and God forbid you try to return anything with proper receipts and everything. Have been to the return desk a hand full of times over the years and every time I walk up they don't acknowledge you until they're done their un work related conversation. (Sorry to interrupt ladies)....
