Normally a great store. But this time the parts guys couldn't get me the proper part for my car.  I had to make a few trips.  I had to eventually source the part elsewhere

When looking online and you see whatever you want shows for example...2 in stock...isle 42...ya better to call and have that confirmed to you because it AIN'T THERE.

At 5:00 pm today I called customer service because my brother in law, out of the hospital today, needed a new television. Called from Brampton Ontario, and, accepting my credit card got excellent help and service. I know, credit card scams are hot but this is a good one.
New TV to be delivered tomorrow morning.
Above and beyond. I thank you for the excellent, friendly, cooperative service.

Friendly and helpful staff that not only allow but welcome our furry family members. That's amazing especially in the summer if you're traveling with your pets :)

What horrible service. Ordered tires online for pickup at the store, get a call from Peter at the auto service desk saying my tires are tagged and set aside. Go in with the pickup confirmation and the auto service tells me to go to customer service because it's an online order. Customer service tells me to go to auto because it's auto related. Go back to auto and they ask if I went to customer service. Tell me they don't have my order info. Get sent back and forth between two "service" desks and nobody provides and service. Auto clearly had my info since they were the ones who called me to tell me it was ready. I don't care what you have in your folder, go in the back and look where you keep ordered parts, find the tires with my name or order number on them (whicj Im provodong via the pickup email I have) and give me my damn tires. Seriously some of the worst, most uncoordinated service I've ever experienced
