Lady in boot department came over to see of we were finding everything ok.  We were looking for a sale item in another department though.  She took ownership of our issue and had stock brought down from store room.

Amazing customer service. I showed up at 440 with a flat...store closing at 5! They saw me right away, and got me only way back to Toronto. Thanks Ryan & gang!!!

Better off going to Trenton. Associates seem unwilling to help most of the time. Even when you ask to find something, they say it is out of stock or say it's been packed away and won't look.

The interaction between the cashier and I was brief but very friendly. The store was clean and the lady cutting the keys was amazing. Staff was very helpful.
