I have had two exceptional customer service experiences at the Automotive department. The mechanics are very helpful and the service is very good! I always leave feeling good about the experience. I really appreciate the fact that they go above and beyond for their customers! Thank you :)

Despite what other people say about Canadian Tire auto service in general, this Marine Drive and Heather Street, Vancouver, BC branch, I find offers good advice and service. 
They do what you ask them to do. They will always tell you what other issues they find problematic and it's up to you to say "yes" or "no" to the suggested job to be done. You can simply say "no" and get a second opinion elsewhere. 
Joe is the auto service manager. I find that he's very knowledgeable and professional with his dealings with the customers. He's pleasant. He answers your questions quickly and precisely, but not in a rushed nor in a patronizing manner. 
He will find your needed part.  He's my go-to service advisor. 

This store is not very big but you can find lots of stuff. Like always though, always be an "informed" buyer. 

I find some people very helpful when you need some info on items you're interested in or if you just go for general inquiry. 
I forgot some of these helpful employees' names, but here are the ones I remember - Steve (store manager), Joe (auto dept.supervisor), Ranjit (Cust. Service), Gina (cashier), Joseph (tools, paints), Mark (auto dept.). 

There is ample covered parking at lower level. There are spots for disabled people. There are EV charging stations (closer to the coffee shop).

Joe is awesome! I am from out of town and got me in on a Sunday night and out by noon the next day. Excellent customer service!

I shopped for an extra wide ironing board cover and a small garment rack. I found everything at Canadian Tire. The price was reasonable and the quality is decent. This store has it all.

I can’t say enough good things about Joe in Automotive / Service. I honestly don’t think I would keep going back if he wasn’t there. Exceptional customer service hands down!
