My experience with this Canadian Tire's auto service was a simple job however it seems that while my car was on the hoist one of the brake lines developed a hole (I'm giving Canadian Tire the benefit of the doubt here). To avoid any responsibility or keep any integrity once the job was done they had me fetch the car from the repair bay - which should of been a red flag to me as customers are not to be in the service area entering and exiting with their own cars - but I guess relieved them of any responsibility while putting me and myself unwitting putting me at danger to others while I backed out my own car. In this respect the service team acted like a bunch of clowns. 
*Canadian Tire: I'd be pleased to speak with you about this again.
