Dave and team were extremely knowledgeable and professional.  Dave was always helpful without feeling pressured.  

I had some old gold chains that I haven't worn in years so I called Canandaigua Jewelry and I was pleasantly surprised on how much he offered me.  His offer was much better than anyone in Rochester.  It was worth the 45 minute drive.

I would highly recommend Dave and Canandaigua Jewelry.  They were fantastic!

My wife and I recently acquired a small amount of older jewelry from my grandparents estate we decided we had no use for the older rope gold chains and other odds & ends so we checked out two local dealers in Rochester then decided to make a call to this shop and spoke to the owner and he promised to make us a higher offer and beat all others by at least $50. We decided to take the drive and these guys came through with their promise.. Highly recommend taking the drive well worth it.. Thanks again Terry from East Rochester

I decided to clean out my dresser and found a bunch of Gold and silver jewelry from years past and my high school days. I live in Henrietta Ny and Went to two larger Pawn and gold shops in the Rochester area. My relatives live in Canandaigua Ny and highly recommended I check out the Canandaigua Jewelry and coin exchange before selling to anybody else. I went in to the shop and was offered $78 over my best offer from the Rochester shops.. Next Time Canandaigua shop will be my only stop..

A+++  I called Canandaigua Jewelry and Coin and spoke with Dave, the shop owner.  We agreed to meet, and Dave was knowledgeable, polite, and did not rush us.   He paid us in cash , and we were pleased with the amount.  HIGHLY recommended!!
