Went there to get information on a cruise and book a family vacation. Sarah seemed to going through some personal drama. Not one smile or a hand shake. It took all I had not to walk out mid meeting. Cheer up Charlie Brown! Hard to get people excited to book with you when your so sad. 

Not worth your time. Find a travel agency  that actually cares about customer service from your very first meeting.

I have been use Canary now for 4 yrs and I love them never had a problem with them reading these reviews like 😮 Canary treat me and my ppl I send to them good

1st Experience 
I contacted Canary via their website to plan a trip to Tokyo in. Someone contacted me and said that it was and said it was too early to book flights for September 2017 so they'd follow up in a few months. No one ever followed up. 

2nd Experience 
I wanted to go to either Savannah, GA or Charleston, SC for my birthday. A rep. asked me specifically what I was looking for. After a week or so I hadn't heard from her so I followed up. She told me she was having trouble planning this trip then stopped communicating altogether.

This company is horrible because of their lack of communication. Also they couldn't even plan a trip to Savannah or Charleston.
