The apartments are very nice, but they are infested with German cockroaches, property managers do not treat the problem correctly to get rid of them. Roaches are nasty disease carriers. This is not acceptable for tenants to have to live with.

If you have to stay in apartments that have smaller rooms than is allowable by Federal, State, and County ordinance then these are your overpriced apartments!
