Comfortable rooms with full kitchen. Good for extended stay. Helpful front desk. Friendly employees. Quiet hotel. Near major roads.You will need a car. No restaurant at walking distance, except Dave and Buster's. Supermarkets and shopping centers about 10 minutes away in car.

We stayed here while waiting out Irma. We brought provisions with us but really didn't need to. This fine establishment has everything you need. Kitchenettes are fully stocked. Very clean and friendly staff from front desk to housekeeping. I felt if something was missing....they'd get it for us. Found this place while scrambling to get out of Irmas path and found a new little gem we will certainly come back to under different circumstances!

Came to Candlewood after evacuating our RV here in Jacksonville due to Hurricane Irma. The front desk has been working feverishly for a week trying to manage the bookings, and they got us in somehow! The entire staff has been SO helpful and cheerful even as they've been working like mad: the whole lot gets an A++ from my family. We've spent time here before when our house flooded, and then, as now, the rooms are clean & comfortable, with a kitchen in every room and a quick-mart on the first floor. The other guests here are great also, and truly one of the reasons we like to stay here. The laundry facilities are FREE, and the equipment is clean and heavy-duty. They are pet friendly, and so many of the staff will stop what they're doing to greet our dog and love on her, it's really sweet. I would confidently recommend this hotel to anyone, whether passing through or staying for a while.

Rooms were nice and we'll kept. Bed was a bit small for two people but comfortable. They also included a pull out bed in their couch. Showers were nice and clean. Each room also has a full sized fridge and small oven range in case you are going to stay a while. Hotel staff was friendly and attentive. They also include a free gym and laundry room if you're going to stay a while.

My husband stays here when he has to work in Jacksonville and occasionally the whole family goes with him. Every time we have stayed it's been clean. The decor is modern. It has a nicce sized kitchenette and is a great one bedroom. Our kids stay on the sofa bed and it is nice to have the privacy. Definitely recommend it.
