I was there tonight, and my ice cream had ice crystals in it. All of the other ice cream was not hard frozen. This happens very often at this location. Either their freezers are not powerful enough to withstand the busy times and keep the ice cream frozen, or the staff does not open and close the freezers properly as they are filling orders. This has been a problem here since the opening of this location. I would highly recommend the original, Madeira Beach, location. Never had a bad experience there.
