This was the worst and most painful  experience I've ever had with a florist.  I had ordered a very expensive spray for my uncle's funeral because I had to be out of town.  While they were processing my payment, my bank sent me a question asking if it was my purchase or if someone else was using my card.  I verified that it was my purchase and they agreed to proceed.  However, during that 2 minute exchange, they withheld approval of my debit card transaction. 

Two days later, I heard a message on my cell phone from some guy named Al, telling me my debit card had been DECLINED!  His tone was rude and dismissive. They made no effort to text, call me a second time, or try to reach me in person or re-run my card or try another of my numbers.  They  just didn't care enough to try to communicate or even to make the sale.

You only get one chance to make that kind of personal, expressive offering at a funeral and Candy's Florist took that away from me by their complete lack of customer care.  I am heart sick and I feel violated by their insensitivity and disregard for my feelings during a time when I felt fragile and broken.  All I can do now is plead with the public to never trade with this company. I wish I had read all the negative reviews before I put my trust in them.

BIG disappointment!! do NOT order flowers for your love one from this place the guy has NO customer service skills, I order flower arrangement yesterday for delivery on valentine's day and I called early and he said all deliveries would get done brfore 5pm. Than I call at 1:30pm 2pm and the phone was busy. At about 5:05pm Arizona time he answered and I ask him for in estimated time for delivery because it's getting late and he says we couldn't make your flowers and I called you. "That is a straight lie because I gave him my cell number" and if he did he would have left a message. So he said you calling me a liar? and I said ARE YOU CALLING ME A LIAR! so he hung up on me. I am a sales rep and would NEVER treat a customer the way this guy did. So if you need flowers go some were else.

Annette is great I always trust her in giving me the best quality flowers in the market ... love her Calla lilies flowers defiantly recommend this place her flowers always takes my friend berth away !!!!

What I ordered didn't look anything like what I seen in the picture. I Do not recommend this place. What a disappointment. 

Update: just got off the phone with Candy's and flower shop and the MANAGER (I asked if he was the manager, he said yes) has terrible customer service and just hanged up on me.
