I don’t know what standards these last reviewers are used to but sadly my mother contracted these builders and she has had nothing but problems. Having a fairly good experience of building sites and builders in Europe, I can honestly say, Cannatelli Builders are the worst by far, that I have come across. Where do I start? The renovation was supposed to take 10 weeks, it’s going on to 9 months. They basically have not done one thing which has not needed rectifying - and everytime they have expected her to pay!! They were not the cheapest quote but seemed to be very comprehensive. Far from - she’s being charged for every single extra nail. We bitterly regret contracting them. Best men in the trade? Wonky light switches, shoddy plumbing (a lake in her bathroom last night after they “worked” in there all day), her brand new pool heater covered in cement (pool guy says it might not work anymore), everything is so badly finished, she’s had to go over it and either do it herself or contract someone else to fix it. Her neighbours comment on how messy they are. 9 months on and she still can’t move in. It’s shocking and if it weren’t for the extra cost which she can ill afford now, we’d sue them.

Still in the construction phase, but so far I see honest, hard working people who give their best. They are correcting issues as they arise. I feel confident Im going to have a beautiful, well built home when all is said and done! Thanks Ed!

I cannot think of a more professional, courteous, serious, and powerful builder such Cannatelli Builders Inc. They are absolutely the best craftsmen of their trade! You do not have to look too far around town before You run into their construction job-site, developments, and buildings.

My hat's off to You and Your amazing staff! Thnx Ed, thnx Larry!

I had to select at least one start, otherwise I wouldnt even give them hat.  I hired them to draft designs and bid on the job.  Their estimate came in 3x higher than the other 3 bids so I went with another contractor.  The plans they created were not designed to code and they refused to fix their mistakes, probably because I didn't hire them to do the job.  Very unprofessional, rude and shady - stay away from these hacks.
