Stopped here after camping at the Lafayette campground nearby. We rode the tramway at about 9am on August 8 2017. It was super foggy at the top which we expected but we couldn't go another time and we wanted to beat the crowds. Even though we didn't see the sights that we're told are amazing, it was still enjoyable to walk around on the rim trail and relax a bit in the lodge at the top. The staff that ran the tram were really nice and friendly. Maybe a bit of a steep cost but then again maybe it's really worth it on a clear day. If we make our way back that way we'll probably stop by again. A great place for families I would guess. If my husband and I have kids someday we'd bring them.

Place was good. Tram also ok, not every one in the Tram will get a out side view. Most disappointing thing is some of their staff. One guy was so rude. He was completely failed to control the visitors, once we allowed into the main area where we get in to the Tram, that guy asked us to stay in a line, so we were in the line, but people entered after us were going and standing in front of the Tram entry. So I asked the guy who is in charge there, he said “buddy you want to do my job, if you want get in or get out of the site”. I was shocked by that behavior, I planned to talk to customer service desk, but there is no such thing like that. At least this was my experience. I am not going to use this Tram again, where there is no respect to visitors.

Awesome experience... it was really good adventure trip.. beautiful mountain area ... I would advise you to go and experience once .

On a clear day this is a great ride to take. A little hike at the top will take to a spectacular view point where you can see a good portion of the white mountains range. Combine the ticket fee with Flume Gorge to save a few bucks.

This is must do attractions. You can purchase thus with flume george togther un city pass to save $$. It has amazing views when you reach on top. Additionally when you climb on summit, you can 360 views of Frankonia Notch and White Mountain. There is Cafe as well on top. Finally the ride up and down is amazing.
