I guess I am not the only parent that doesn't feel welcome by people from the office. This will be my daughter's last year in Canterbury and I am a returning parent. I took time from work to pick up an enrollment application for my son. They refused to give me one because I was not aware of their requirements.  They know I am a returning parent and I don't feel that is necessary to bring proof of address at the moment of picking up an application. They are just soo rude and ignorant. People like this make a school look bad.

Office worker that goes by the Name: Xochitl has very very bad customer service.  She discriminates, picks and chooses what child will be allowed to register at the school.  She had tried to prevent a parent from registering her child by not giving her the application to register her child.  She has threatened the parent and threatened to call the police to get the parent off the school premises for not wanting to accept that kind of treatment and demanded a registration packet.

Discrimination should be kept out of school and for her to be the face of the school is just bad.  I am going to file a complaint to the school board and demand something be done about  her behavior.
