You won't have a snowballs chance in hell, if someone...anyone files a Order of protection against you. Don't waste your money on an attorney (that's an easy $1.5k in their pocket). Absolutely NO form of evidence, ZERO! Against me. Only this person's words, whom only repeated the exact examples the judge gave to her in the beginning of our statements. I pulled up actual phone records to show the judge proof that this petitioner was lying under oath. The judge refused to look at the actual phone records. She had the extended order filled out before my testimony was even done! BROKEN SYSTEM!!!

Not a place you ever want to go. But if you have to, it's easy to navigate. If you are on a jury they have coffee and donuts.

It does not matter if your in the right and the cop was too lazy to his job correctly the courthouse still goes for the cops....

I had a dwp and no insurance and thought i was screwed...my public defender Erik E...got me a sweet deal and the prosecutor and judge actually worked for me and not against me. Ive has a lot of experience in courtrooms and never have i walked out of any of them with a smile on my face like i did today!

Sent a letter in and they rejected it cause it got like 2 drops of rain on it when I went to send it in and they thought I was trying to smuggle drugs in.
