The hair extensions are sold at the location, so it's super convenient to match up the color and texture of your hair AND you don't have to wait for hair to be shipped! You can get it done that day!. Stylists are available for walk-ins too!

I went to this salon for several years to get color and extensions. My stylist was Gina Greco. The first several times I purchased extensions from the salon and they were horrendous. They knotted up so bad at the nape of my neck that I almost had to chop my hair to get them out. I paid like $800!  Way too expensive for the very low quality. The manager ended up reluctantly replacing them (after trying to salvage a rats nest of hair to put back in my head!) This place is teeter tottering between trying to provide customer service and being just about the $$$. So I started buying my extensions from a company in California (amazing quality) and Gina (whom at this point had become a friend) suggested just coming to my house to do my extensions so she wouldn't have to give up most of her $ to the salon. She gave me a slight discount ($350) and she made like double, in cash, win win. We'd have cocktails and chit chat about personal stuff. One night, after several cocktails, her boyfriend came over to drop some stuff off for her and ended up coming in to hang out. Cool guy, chill, we were all drinking having a good time. Who would have guessed that the boyfriend is a thief!! He stole my $2,000 MacBook Pro laptop. Gina refused to get it back, knowing he has it which is just appalling! Gina made thousands off of me too, I was in her top 5 clients and had been going to her for years. The lesson here, don't be friends with your hairdresser and NEVER let a stranger in your home.  HUGE disappointment!

My massage was amazing (thank you Cappy) but the mani/pedi experience was a different story. The ladies were very unprofessional. They kept answering their personal phones during our services and complaining about their lack of lunch break. When we casually asked what time they were open until, she replied "WHENEVER THE BITCHES STOP COMING IN". I think she was trying to be funny, but I couldn't believe she said that to a new client.  Normally I'd let these things slide but this was supposed to be a stress free day for the bride. I'm appalled by the lack of professionalism at this place. Please note: This review is only regarding the nail services we received.

First time in a salon my hair dresser was amazing . She is Portuguese and can't remember her name but she is highly recommended by me. I look forward to seeing her again.
