Went for depression for 4 days while I was 9 months pregnant. Instead of making me feel humiliated, the instant I walked in I felt very welcomed and I loved all the activities. The food was the best! I still carry with me the strategies to handle my anxiety and depression and its been a year and a half. The place was extremely helpful.
