Waited almost 2 hours to be seen with no update or anyone checking on me. Gave up and left. I arrived on time for my afternoon appointment this past week. After filling out paperwork I was told to sit in waiting room. There were only two other patients in waiting area. After waiting 45 minutes in the waiting area while 4 admission clerks were chatting and laughing it up, I was finally called to go back. The nurse asked me a few questions, said practitioner was behind due to another patient arriving late for appointment and left the room. I sat in the exam room for an HOUR waiting, NO ONE came back to check on me or give me an update. Finally I went to find the nurse, there was no one around. Went around corner found another nurse and asked her where my nurse was. Without looking at me she pointed back towards where I came, didn't even bother to speak to me. I explained my nurse was not at her station and that I had been there almost 2 hours and not seen. She didn't even offer to go find my nurse. I went back up to the check in counter and told them I had been there almost 2 hours and not seen and no nurse around and I was leaving. Horrible service. Besides the wait time, staff seemed apathetic and unconcerned about patient's expectations. Nurse was abrupt and not patient friendly at all, she came across intimidating as to why I was there. I drove over 50 miles to come to this office after hearing how wonderful the nurse practitioner was. Too bad I didn't even get to meet her. I really needed my problems addressed as they could be serious and I am over 50, and now I have to wait to get in to see another doctor at a different office.

Love being a patient at this office! I feel any of the Doctors are competent in treating my medical concerns. They, along with the staff are friendly and outgoing! You can tell the MA's care for their patients as much as the doctors do!! Would recommend seeing any doctors at this office!!

If you want to feel alone and like nobody cares about your health then go here. I'm done. Been a Patient there for 11 years. Only basic stuff so didn't notice how awful things really are. I have made appointments for my kids only to be told when I got there that they had to do separate appointments for basic care. For instance my sons well child check and he had a few warts to be removed. Just charge me and don't waste my time.

Canyon View is the best! We love all of the providers in Springville and Mapleton and have always been pleased with the care that we have been given.

Tired of the system wide incompetence in this office. My wife rarely ever gets sick and went in for bronchitis that was not clearing up. Lab tech poorly attempted a swab test for strep( hardly made contact on the back of the throat), even though there was no sore throat. The intern, not the doctor, she had appointment with barely looked at her and sent her to the doctor. The doctor proclaimed it was "only what was going around and it would clear up on it's own. He didn't even offer to listen to her concerns, or even to look in her throat. Two weeks later she had continued to get worse and she had a "competent"doctor proscribe Zpack antibiotic. She was better in 3 days. This event wasn't even the big problem. When I originally called in with the intent to pay the $159 bill, I voiced my concern in the spirit of constructive criticism. I was passed to the office manager who said she would see if she could get a reduction in the charges, and not to pay the bill yet. Several calls later she reported she hadn't had a chance for the directors to address the issue, Several calls later still no action. I then received a notice they were sending my account to collections if it wasn't paid. I called in, got the usual voice mail, asked for her boss, got the voice mail, called back to billing and just paid the bill. I told the nice young lady who took my payment about my frustration and asked for the last name of those whom I had tried to reach so I could send a letter or email. Instead, she flipped an attitude on me like you wouldn't believe. I have found out from 4 months of patience and soft spoken communicating concerns, it is the company culture, top to bottom, to dismiss, and disrespect customers. Wasn't my first mediocre experience there, but my last. You bet, I wont be back there.
