1st timer at a B&B and what an experience! The place was built to be a B&B and therefore accommodates approximately 20 people very well. The grounds and views are amazing! I honestly thought the views were Photoshoped on the website but they are the real deal! Staff is great and food was fantastic! It's a quiet place, so you need to go with relaxing on the agenda. Can't wait to go back again!

Exquisite!!! Top notch superb guest service! We arrived after regular check in hours and the staff person stayed late for us. She was so nice and welcoming! Showed us around and walked us to our room. Extremely clean and well decorated property! Such attention to detail in every aspect. Spectacular views from our room (we stayed in the Mariposa) loved the private patio. Will most definitely be back!!

The Villa is incredible from any perspective: service, friendliness, quality of food, views, atmosphere, comfort. If I could rate it higher than 5 here I would. Highly recommended.

Absolutely phenomenal! Can't wait to return in the future. I can't think of another place I've stayed at that even comes close!

Our stay at Canyon Villa was excellent. Les and Peg, along with the great staff, provided us a fantastic experience. The views from the rooms are breathtaking, and there are vast trails within half a mile of the inn. If you stay here, come hungry. The breakfasts, afternoon snacks, and nighttime treats will keep you full. I can't say enough good things about Canyon Villa, so book a room and see for yourself why it's the best place to stay in Sedona.
