I’m a bus operator and every time I go there, there employees are just unprofessional for me. You have only one employee helping customers and the others are walking around as if they don’t see the line growing. I can never get my breakfast or anything. I always end up leaving and going to the gas station to get my food and coffee. You guys need to do better
Don’t go to this place. Very bad staff. A lady was very rude to me. I asked her to give tres liche and she was shouting on me that it is not tres liche.. Later, we found out that she don’t know english. Very unprofessional staff and when she ask us to pay bill I inserted my card and clicked ok without giving her 3$ tip. So she again shouted on me that why I didn’t gave her tip. They all are cheater and stupid staff I had ever seen. She ruined my day. Do not visit this place.
Good food, rude staff they didnt even say hello when i came in took 5 minutes for anyone to acknowledge my existence and it was dead inside. When they did say something it was what u want. Cubans are rude af for the most part. Spent 18$ on empanada, sandwich and a “medium” coffee and im still hungry. La comida esta muy rica pero cara por porciones pequeñas y el servicio es una mierda a menos que seas cubano. Like most businesses the prices online are not updated so expect to pay at least 30% more than listed online.
I love to visit these bakeries in Miami. The service at this location was super nice. They have a seating area inside only and following all the COVID protocols. Their prices are great and the beautifly tasty menu with all the delicious pastries, sandwiches, cakes, and more, was GREAT!!!
Nothing I. Order was correct! No sandwich no croquettes. Delivery arrived 2 hours late completely smashed and uneditable. Never again!!!! The worst
This place is terrible after they changed there name from Vicky bakery to cao the food terrible they never have anything place looks dirty I ask for. Ham and cheese empanada is all cold and looks like is 3 day old feel so bad for this place because when they open as Vicky bakery used to good not any more do not recommend cao on coral way
This place has gone downhill after the Covid the service is horrible. Ordered ham and egg sandwich practically had to look 2 times to notice a few specs of ham in the eggs loogked like it was an only egg sandwich I know times are hard but $5.99 I think they can put a little ham In it. Well I’ll make a note not to come back to this place.
Worse employees! All they do is talk an not take care of any customer! There should be a supervisor there to handle their personnel. I will never go again and will put it out in social Media. Btw the pastelitos we bought had to throw away because they were old and stale.
Disappointing. Guava and cheese pastelitos on display are not the ones they give you. The ones they give you are about 15 percent full, rest is the dough. Cortadito tasted stale. The two rating is because of the pastelito de carne; the best thing we had.
I went in to get a quick coffee and a bite to eat to go. Someone greeted me right away. It was an older lady. I forgot to get her name :. She was super sweet and attentive. While she was getting my items ready another employee distracted her and she apologized for the delay, which I thought was nice. I told her that it was fine and not to worry about it. She said I was "amable" lol, which in Spanish means that I'm very polite. Ha ha I ordered a "cangrejito" and a "cortadito". Cangrejito is a Cuban pastry literally shaped like a little crab. It's filled with mashed up ham. It's delicious. Cortadito is like a mini Cafe con leche, with equal parts of milk and espresso. Yummm. Hard to stay away from Cuban pastries. It's a weakness lol. I've been here before. It's such a cute store. And I love that they have outside seating as well. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Give it a try. It's worth the calories.
