The Capalbo family of dentists has strong ties to Rhode Island and the dental profession. Dr. P. Edward Capalbo founded the group in 1946 after serving as a dentist during World War II. He opened his practice on Canal Street in downtown Westerly in a small office above Toscano’s Men’s Shop. In the 1970s, his two sons Brian and Ronald joined their father and moved the practice to its current location on Granite Street. Dr. Brian’s three sons, Michael, Matthew, and Marcus, followed in the family’s tradition to become the third generation of dentists."

I go to Capalbo practice in Wakefield for all my routine dental care and have had a great experience overall. My teeth have improved greatly in health under their care. They referred me to an excellent local orthodontist and have been beyond helpful facilitating the experience communicating very well with my other dental offices! I recently had a consultation with the periodontist Dr Nygee in regards to an upcoming implant and is one of the most friendly helpful and welcoming dentists I have ever worked with I really look forward to going in for my implant!!
Always a good visit with Dr. Mike! All the staff are super nice and considerate. I have been coming to this practice for years and feel confident that I am receiving the best care. Highly recommend!
The office staff was very nice and helpful! Great experience with the doctor that did a root canal for me. He was gentle and explained everything he did along the way.
Although I didn't fall asleep during my root canal, it was a pleasant experience. I'm a fairly new patient and find all the staff to be delightful and respectful.
I love Dr. Mike Capalbo who is a great doctor with excellent skills. He can help you with your teeth problems quickly and painlessly. The nurses are very nice and they have done excellent job in cleaning.

I have been going to Capalbo Dental for the past several years. I have to say that Dr. Michael Capalbo is among the best dentists I have experienced. I have TMJ which makes it very difficult to work on me, but he is fast and precise. My recent crowns were an exact snap-in fit, so kudos to the lab they use as well.
Such an incredibly caring group. They go above and beyond to serve their patients. Couldn't be happier with them.
An excellent cleaning as usual! The hygienist was friendly, professional, and informative. I was thoroughly informed about any upcoming care and procedures I may need. I also like the new location. It is beautiful!
I love this Dentist office!! My hygienist Faith was so gentle and kind and the dentist was super friendly. This was my first time back since Covid started and they are in a new building that is beautiful and so clean!! They just make you feel like family here Thank you thank you
