Make sure to get a permit for the on season through the Olympic national park's website and pick up at the visitor center in Port Angeles. Bear canisters required. Once you do all that and make it there, the site is gorgeous. Easy flat 3 mile hike there from lake Ozette ranger station with well established sites. Two outhouses are on the trail and there is a creek that can be used as a water source. Such a beautiful site with plenty to explore with a low tide.

The hike on the Cape Alava Trail to get here was wonderful.

Easy hike with a couple of different ecosystems along the way. Amazing oceanside campsites at the end of the trail. 10/10 would go back again.
