Not only are the buses unreliable (do not come at the times given), and the fact that I had to jump two bus routes to go to LSU from Siegen Lane (which took me over 2 hours one-way), I found out that LSU students ride for free right after I bought a month's worth of tickets ($61). I had the receipt for the tickets, the unopened letter that the tickets were mailed in, ID, etc, to refund the tickets, and they told me they don't do refunds. Which is a d*** shame, since $60+ is a lot for a college student. I am not happy with this program and I can see why others are too.

Wednesday, December 13th. LSU Bus 18 passed by College Dr Walmart on the side in front of panda express going towards Cortana. Between 7:30pm and 8:30pm. The operator of the bus saw two men, one including myself standing waiting on the bus and he completely passed us up like we didn't exist. Thats unacceptable service he should be fired! Im getting off work and its cold and dark and the other guy needed to get to work but because of the bus he will be late. When I made the phone call I spoke to a lady who told me he said he "slowed down" which he completely lied. He actually kept driving like we didn't even exist! The lady was nice but she told me we could only go by what he said if the cameras work on that bus please roll them back! You can obviously see us standing and him passing us up like we aren't customers waiting to catch the bus right in front of a bus stop.

The 57 always late. Like ALWAYS! And not 10 minutes late. No. A whole hour late. Mind you the 57 only runs once an hour.

Where shall i start? Well first if you have enough money for uber or lyft go with option first. These bus drivers are always late, their own website doesnt even work half the time. I called a rep. She told me that the gps's on the bus dont even work on some of them. Really? Not reliable and you'll probably lose your job, miss the birth of your child, and get divorced trying to use cats. Simply terrible.

This is the worst route ever. The bus is supposed to pass through LSU at the 30 minute mark and it skipped the route twice! I was waiting for the bus from 5:15-6:45 when I finally called the station just to be told that the bus already passed my area. When I told them the bus never passed, I was asked "Are you sure?" Please tell me how I could have missed the passing of a bus TWICE?! They need to make sure that their drivers follow the complete route. It's ridiculous.
