Below average at best! Careless & Sloppy. Received a text message the day after closing on our condo to let us know what to expect during the closing process - closing day he was MIA. Mistakes in sales agreement were deemed to be "additional info" rather than the apparent. Had a scheduled showing without being informed - came home to find out someone was in our condo. Apparently this was not attributed to the software they use but rather to the fact that our mobile didn't work properly.  With our vacant property listing - we could not get clear and concise info regarding level of interest and were told that they had clients that would be "buying one of their properties". Should have known better when Chris showed up during our initial intro appointment with prepared paperwork looking for signatures! If you want a "used car salesman" experience during your Real Estate transactions - this is the company to hire. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!

From when me and my wife were looking for our home, Chris made the entire process seamless. We looked at multiple properties over the course of a few month until he was able to help us secure the one that fit our lifestyle. He was able to negotiate and secure the home for us for the best price. Even now months later he follows up with us to see how we are settling in, and how we are liking the property. All while giving us information on how the market is for when we are ready to make our next move. I recommend anyone that is looking for a home whether it be a forever home, or an investment property to work with Chris and his team, especially since it is a major purchase. He will be our broker for as long as we are purchasing properties.
