I've been with CCBG for close to 15 years now and I must say, we've had our ups and downs.  Still, when the chips were down they really came though for me at this branch. 

My dad died recently, and in my rush north to be by his side I took my bank card with me leaving my wife behind without enough money to get through the week. 

I called this branch and the branch manager, Tracy Cox, held my hand through the maze of bank rules creating a process of getting her funds asap. She was AWESOME. 

Thanks CCBG and, mostly, thanks, Tracy.
