I have purchased numerous vehicles/trailers/motorcycles from Mark and the staff at Capital City over the past 8 years and it has been nothing short of exceptional. Mark took the time to sit down with me and get a list of the must haves and could live withouts in order to find me what I was looking for as soon as possible. There is a reason you are coming to a used car dealership looking for a vehicle, so if you have one color choice with very specific options it could take a few weeks, or even a month, but I guarantee you it will be flawless when they find it for you. Initial Contact - I initially went to Capital City just looking at the different options out there for a nice used truck with less than 40,000 miles. Mark greeted me as I walked in and ask how I was doing and if there is anything in particular I was looking for. At that time I wasn't sure what I wanted, so we walked out on the lot and he showed me the different brands and packages trucks come in.(LT, LTZ, etc...) I eventually test drove a Ford F150 that I really liked. Mark told me to think about it over the weekend and come back Monday if I wanted to fill out an application and see about financing. Well me being like every other person I went to all the other dealerships around town and shopped around. After about 2 weeks I came back to Capital City and talked to Mark. I had seen tons of used vehicles, test drove a few, but none of them caught my eye like the Ford I drove 2 weeks prior. I proceeded to wheel and deal with Mark and came to a price we were both good with. The thing I liked most was Mark kept asking me where do I need to be to feel comfortable, I'm the one who has to make the payments each month. He never pressured me into buying the truck like some of the other dealerships would do once you test drove a vehicle. Financing - They were able to branch out to numerous banks in the Bismarck area and beat my local bank who I have done business with for 10+ years!!!! That in and by itself is remarkable. They don't try to make a percent on the financing like other dealerships try to do. After the sale - I needed tires for my truck about a year after I had bought it. The minute I walked in Mark shook my hand and asked how the truck was doing and if there was anything I needed. I proceeded to let him know I was in need of tires, so he made a quick phone call and set up an appointment for me to get new tires. The only thing I had to do was pay for them, he took the frustrating part of deciding what tire is best for the truck without spending $1500. Somewhere in between - I bought trailers, motorcycles, and numerous cars. Being he is a USED dealership he can get his hands on virtually anything. He isn't restricted to one brand like new dealerships are. He always has fun classics in the showroom too, which is always cool to stop by and see what's in there under the lights. Present day - Just purchased another truck from Mark making it number 5 from him. The customer focused mentality is the same as it was the first time I stepped foot in their door back in 2010. Although we have become good friends over the years I can promise you that everyone who is looking for a slightly used vehicle will be treated the same way I have been for the past 8 years. This dealership was top notch! Mark went above and beyond to make sure the truck I purchased was everything I wanted. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. After I decided on a truck the process was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Capital City Motor Worx to anyone who is looking for a new vehicle, and look forward to the next vehicle I purchase with them!

I've purchased many vehicles from Capital City Motorworx. They have always been great to deal with. Their cars a very clean and I've never had a problem. Great customer service. They bend over backwards to make their customers happy.
