I came in from a snowboarding accident in severe pain. It was my wrist... they gave me x rays.. let alone the x Ray people seemed like they didn’t know what they were doing... the doctor tells me no break. I knew otherwise with the pain I was in.. I go to an orthopedic the next day and they said the ER took x rays of my freaking hand and elbow??? When I said it is my wrist from the second I got in there. It is completely broken in 2 places. Do not go to this ER and get false treatment. Thankful for orthopedics.

Be very cautious of this hospital! I had to go to the emergency room in November. The first doctor was extremely kind and knowledgeable. He left to order some more tests, and a little while later a female doctor who I had never met came in and informed me that my first doctor has left, she was taking his place, and that she’s canceled my other tests as she did not think they were needed and that I could go home. She left me sitting it the bed with the IV still in my arm. The woman doing the billing had to find a nurse to get the IV out. As if that wasn’t bad enough, today I got a bill in the mail. They are in network, but that specific doctor was not, so they didn’t even bother to bill my insurance company for her portion of my visit. They never informed me they were switching my care to an out of network provider. They are extremely shady, do not trust them with your health.

Took my father here for a procedure. Everyone from the front desk to the medical staff were friendly and efficient. We had a great experience. I hope our follow up visit inn6 months goes as smoothly.

My girlfriend is there right now. Her 1 year old has a severe infection with trouble braking his fever. He has siezures every so often wont eat or drink and lost 2lbs. Dr hours ago told her they wanted to put a breathing tube because of how congested he was. Couple hours later hes being discharged with absolutely no signs of improvement. Might i add he was misdiagnosed twice before being admitted the other day. Your hospital and staff is despicable and she is taking legal action asap.

Fantastic experiences with this hospital and ER. Here with my wife tonight, staff has been outstanding. Extremely polite, helpful, and upbeat. Very short wait time, even though the ER is busy, and the doctor walked into the exam room behind us. IV and meds were started minutes after the exam. My father was also hospitalized here briefly, same wonderful experience. Keep up the great work!
