Since the little road location closed down which was 5 min from home I chose this location since its 15 min from work, I've always had a great experience with both capital one locations and capital one in general, great customer service, keep up the good work guys

The entire staff is wonderful. If you are polite to them, they are polite to you. Extremely professional, and speedy service. Truly an asset to Capital One.

The branch manager Gail was so rude and disrespectful. I tried to cash a payroll check and was told I couldn't even though the check was a capital one account. When i was explaining my situation to another employee Carolynn, Gail was in the background saying things under her breathe. I never felt so disrespected in my life and I absolutely feel like it's because I'm black and the amount on the check was high. I will never get a capital one account!!!!!!!!!

The tellers are horrible, the wait is always at least 10 minutes for a simple transaction. I just dread coming to this bank
