Absolutely NOT professional staff, Manager AND employees.

Tried to open a business account. Wasted 40 minutes. They could not do it because my business did not have Certificate of Good Standing... I'm   in business for 17 years. Got back to internet and printed it online within 3 minutes.   Do not use this branch.

The many times I had to visit the bank have been positive,great customer service and the tellers are very helpful and curious,for one I am trying to improve my credit so I use my capital credit card for everything,I would like to see in the future that credit card payments  would be able to be done at the atm machine after hours, I'm sure I'm not the only one thinking of this feature.
