A nice bank but it is not found everywhere especially when you travel a lot.

For the last 11 years, these folks have treated me professionally and met every need.  I want to dislike a giant company but I find nothing to complain about.  They are friendly and knowledgable even if they use this branch as a training center and I see a lot of new faces in there.

Opened an account in less than 5 minutes. The associate was professional, courteous, and very efficient

I went in there yesterday(4/2).  The branched just opened (9:00 am).
There are 3 people (include me) ... first I DID NOT greet by Todd Wharton (Branch
manager) but I saw he greeted to another 2 cstomers. I was the
second person on the line.  Because I need to do wire transfer 
so the customer referred me go to Todd.  But Todd told me he cant 
do for me because need one process then another person approved.  
So I went back to the line ... I stood over there for almost 10 minutes
.  The customer was doing 2 jobs at the same time: drive thru & the
counter.  I complained to Todd but he told me: there are not enough 
people in the morning and he cant do anything for this situation. I told him that
he need to consider customer's needs.  But he still gave me the same 
answers.  He DID NOT apologized and NO smile on his face when
I was there. I told him that the branach on Belt line at Dallas better
that this.  I DONT recommend this branch and I will go back to branch on 5353 Belt Line Rd, Dallas,

I went in and was greeted and asked to sign in. I sat and sat and sat waiting for someone to help me with a debit card problem. While 4 employees were busy talking and laughing I was completely ignored for 15 minutes. I got up and left. Horrible service... I'll just drive down the road to another bank.
