This morning I visited the bank in order to receive a medaliion stamp to transfer some shares. After sitting in the waiting room from more than 20 minutes, I explained to the agent that I only needed that stamp. Another 20 minutes...with the next person. When I complained they then announced that I must have the form notarized before they could do the medaliion stamp. So I said, I assume since this is a bank you have a notary. No! Couldn't she have told me that 20 minutes ago. I suggest you should do business at another Capital One Bank, if that is where you have your account. The one on General DeGaulle is so much more competent. I tried there first, but the only person who could do the stamp was on vacation, so they sent me to the other branch.
