To Whom it may concern, It seems that this particular Capital one bank has resorted to strong arm tactics to get people (me) to open an account. I cash my check here only when I can not get to my regular bank. This Capital 1 bank first makes me see a person in a cubicle. After I see a person in a cubicle I am told they are unable to cash my check because the signature they have on file (for my boss)doesnt match. All would be taken care of though if I open an account. Is this type of extortion legal? I have never had this problem at any other bank.
