I like capital one bank don't get me wrong.and I don't review a lot but I have to say something about this branch..especially on Saturday ..the line is up to the door but the banker are 2 or 3 which makes it so difficult to get fast service..you can wait at least 20 min ...very weak management...if you know you going to have lost of customers get a banker or higher part time do something..what happened capital one...

Slow service and long lines all the time at this location.  C1 needs to hire more associates instead of choosing to remain inept and keep saying "sorry". Sorry but we can't change our attitude and will continue to provide one star service to all our loyal patrons...

The mega Capital One enterprise provides a horrible, pre-2000 experience with their limited electronic services. You can't transfer funds between accounts on your phone. I have never been able to see transactions on my overdraft protection account on my phone. After using their website for years to log in to and manage my accounts, they are now trying to force me to enter my mobile phone number or email address. They say this is for security reasons. Right. It's so they can spam you with their marketing material. Their phone support staff requires the same, either a mobile number or an email address. Time to move my accounts.

Employees are nasty. The latin girls trated me rudelly. It's clear they don't know nothing about their job, but treating bad the customers.

Worst bank ever. Takes forever to speak with anybody. Dirty floor, stained carpet, TV's are full of kids finger prints. Just stay away from this branch. It's like a 3rd world bank placed in hyattsville.
