You get what you pay for. $40 gets a room and bathroom with A/C and a TV. Does it smell a bit like smoke? Yes. Is it a seedy area. Yes. On the contrary, it was surprisingly clean and the beds are very comfortable. Great place if you're just passing through.

The service was great. Friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are big. Comfortable. Clean. They have a pool and the prices for the rooms are even better. Low prices for very clean and spacious rooms. You cant beat that.. i loved my stay here and I recommend anyone to come and stay here. Thanks

Very shady hotel. When we got there, large dogs were running around the parking lot (no people or cars were around). In addition, the hotel lobby was locked and noone was inside either which is strange for any type of lodging. The water from the swimming pool was flooding half of the parking lot and we got a room in a building at the backside of the lot, which seemed completely empty, besides a few families that seemed to be actually living there. To top it all off, I left my drone controller on the couch in our room and after calling a few hours later i was told :noone at the hotel had seen it", including the housekeepers. It was either taken by hotel staff or other hotel "guests". Stay somewhere else.

Worst hotel experience! Blood stains on walls, smelly, appears to never get scrubbed, stains on all furniture, fire alarm goes off at all hours of the night, people partying it up, no security, pool is disgusting, no extra towels available, Rude front clerk on the a.m. shift... I could go on and on. Not even worth a $1.00 for a night stay. Never again... gross environment!

Perfect deal for what you pay. Two queens and a massive room for 40 bucks. Definitely has seen better days and was probably really nice when it first opened but I didn't have high expectations. Continental breakfast was a joke but a free bowl of fruit loops is still a free bowl of fruit loops. It was a nice place to stop on our way to Phoenix
