Honest and dependable. Every time I have brought a vehicle here they aim to serve the customer. They do only the work that is needed and don’t try to stick you with a bill for unneeded things.

Liars and jerks! Went in to get an oil change. Customer service was bad they all groaned and grunted that they needed to work. 1. They never asked me what kind of oil 2. They charged me for semi full synthetic when I only use full synthetic 3. I unknowingly left with NO OIL in my car! Last time I checked an oil change consist of draining the old oil in an engine AND replacing it with brand new oil. 4. Non of my car fluids were topped off either. My charger was just minutes away from a break down from their carelessness. I only just received a refund for the oil change. Manager gave me no kind of excuse to why there was no oil in my car or why his staff was so unprofessional and rude. I'm baffled at their inattention to detail especially to something this serious. If you ever got work done from these bosses, I would definitely double check your car to see that everything was done properly.

I went in around 4:30 after looking at tires at NTB which is right down the street, I asked both places for tires that were made in the USA. NTB said that they had Goodyear tires I could get but they weren't sure if they were made here or not. Then they tried to sell me on some cheaper tires that I knew were not made here. The quote I got for the Goodyear tires and they didn't have them in store. I went to capital tire to see what they had, they said they had a set of Cooper tires that were made here and that they could put them on today. I knew my car was out of alignment and that something was not right with the driver side tire, but I only told them that it needed to be aligned. They told me what was wrong and said they could get the part and fix it in around 90min. All that at a reasonable price. Left feeling good about buying tires that were made in the USA and helping out a local business. I would recommend going here to anyone living near shakopee. Online it says they accept competitor coupons, not sure if they do or not though.

Great customer service and even stayed open a little later so I could pick up my vehicle in the same day. Great to work with!

Always gives me free quotes on repairs, reasonable prices, and has bulk oil change packages. Sometimes they leave tools or leave a mess after a repair, but they're really nice and I persoanlly don't care about little stuff like that. I've been going since I got a car, they've never skrewed me over.
