We travel many months each year and always visit state Capitols when we can.   We have probably toured 25. This is the most beautiful on the outside, and a close runner up for the inside. Gorgeous lighting coming in from the sky lights makes for a restful effect on the 4 floors of archways, staircases, and hallways.

Great tour guide. She even took a family photo for us, which the tour guides never do. Beautiful building and lots of history too.
