Great staff. Beautiful inside and out. Parking garages, beautiful view of indoor waterfall. Has nice rooms decent beds and a indoor pool. The bar was relaxing and the food court had GreAt food but prices was a little steep. Close to capital and all and all enjoyed my stay...

Nice hotel. Good size rooms and well appointed. Would be nicer if it were a little closer to food and shopping by foot. I stayed here and didnt have access to transportation. Overall nice stay

One of thee worst hotels I have stayed in in my life. Incessant problems with crappy housekeeping. The housekeeping manager even called me to tell me that she would talk to her staff, and what happened the next day? Nothing. Still crappy housekeeping. They don't clean any part of my bathroom except to give me their cheap toiletries, they don't clean the sink nor the floor. They didn't wipe down by the kitchen area, which is RIGHT NEXT TO the bathroom = GROSS! They haphazardly empty trash and replace dirty towels. And the food that you place outside of your door to be picked up after calling room service? It sits there for a couple days.  

I don't know why this place receives good ratings. Either the clientele are not used to good service, or they settle for low level service. If you are used to at least a 4 star hotel, stay far far away from this place. The saddest part is that my company is staying here for at least a month, and they still take care of us sub-par. 
I'm disgusted. They need to either fire their current staff, retrain them, or hold their sub-par housekeeping manager accountable and replace her. 
The front desk staff are nice but nothing special to talk about. They could use some training in prompt professionalism and friendly guest services, however.
I've worked in hospitality in a 5 star hotel in nyc before. Sorry, but this place sucks! And it's ugly as hell. And not kept clean.

Best place to stay in Jefferson City MO.
Only place big enough to host a convention. Nice rooms. Good staff.
Food here is adequate.

The location is close to downtown Jefferson City, the Capitol is within walking distance. The staff are friendly, the food is decent, but I gave 4 stars because of the hygiene of the rooms. I've found dead bugs in areas that should have been cleaned prior to my stay, and have also been given a room with soiled sheets. Overall however the hotel is one of the best.
