I had to wait four hours to be called to a window. Then I encountered another issue when the man at the counter named John decided to raise his voice at me. Not only did he embarrass me, but he made me feel ignorant. It's pretty bad when a employee makes you practically want to cry in the DMV. So thank you John. Also when I asked to speak with a manager of some sort I was given no information. He then told me to go ahead and email Sacramento and then laughed at me. It's sad that I'm forced to have to come here and they treat you however they want to because they know you don't have other options. The even worse part that is really sad is that this will not get dealt with and the only thing I can do is leave this review.

When you go to the DMV you expect a wait, it took 2 hours and the staff were very patient, understanding and helpful. The friendly woman who helped me even said I could come back in line when I have my docs needed. As far as DMVs go this is a good one! 
5 stars would have been under a 1 hour wait!

Waiting 4 hours to replace a vehicle registration that i never received, no end in sight. Go to Watsonville dmv, this place is awful

This Place Is A JOKE!!!! Waiting for over two hours just for them to take my piece of paper. Is there any way to shut these places down for taking hours and hours out of our day for something that could take 10 minutes! I'd rather just not have an ID.
