Yeah, it's a mall, what else is there to say? Pretty much just like any other Mall. Don't go there very often. honestly, just about anything I can buy there I can find online especially at Amazon for way cheaper and with more selection. Plus all the reviews are there so I have a very good idea of what I'm getting. However, for things like clothing, I'm like most people and unless I'm familiar with the product I need to try it on. I love Macy's and buy most of my clothes there. They always have on sale racks with good selections and huge discounts off of their normally absurd prices. Other than that I like the mall for just sitting on a bench and people watching. It's a pretty laid-back place for a mall and I can relax there.

Sadly, shopping malls across the country have given way to online shopping. This mall is no exception. A good selection of stores with items for every age and budget, but the food court is severely lacking. There are, however, many unique local-based shops and services. Some live local music would add to that and make the place feel less corporate and sterile.

Not alot to do here. Has a few stores such as Target and Sears. The restaurants are bad especially the sushi one. No one is ever there and it's very slow moving environment. People are trying to add things in here such as a hockey rink and other things. Just try to avoid the restaurants.

The Capitola Mall used to be quite a lively and popular place. Sadly that's no longer true. Many of the store fronts are empty and there seems to be very few customers walking the mall. The most popular of the smaller shops I saw was the game shop. It had a number of lively games going on when I last walked through. The food court still has a few of the best food shops left.

Don't love malls, but every once in a while I need something fast.  Good selection of stores.  Security staff was helpful in giving advice.
