I've been here several times for vehicle maintenance, have always been satisfied. However, today was disappointed in your customer service. I stopped in at 11:15 asked if there was time for an oil change and tire rotation. Was told "probably not, my guys leave at noon." Ok, maybe they were busy in the back (although it didn't sound like a typical shop when it's busy). But what really disappointed me was that when I walked in the person behind the counter was having a conversation with a customer and proceeded to do so without acknowledging that I was even there. This went on for several minutes until the customer finally said "well, I should let you get to work". Yep, you've lost my business. I went down the street, probably paid a little more, but had excellent customer service!!

I am so grateful for Jim Cappel today. About 3pm on Monday, while driving south on I39 from Rockford, I punctured a tire just a few miles from Rochelle. I had to wait until 5:15 for a tow, so when we got to Cappel's, Jim was just about ready to go home for the day. He graciously agreed to look at my tire and see if there was anything that could be done. Indeed there was. He patched the puncture and remounted my tire and checked the air in all my tires, all for a very reasonable price. End result, I was able to continue my journey to the Quad Cities to celebrate my son's birthday. Thank you, JIm! This is what local businesses are all about. Please patronize this wonderful service.

I went in for a flat tire and oil change and couldn't ask for better service! The owner and crew were very accommodating and friendly while helping find solutions for my visit. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing all-around services on their vehicles, as they really do the best to ensure quality work and customer service for their customers.

GREAT SERVICE!!! Purchased and installed my tires here. Great price and quality tires. They explained everything down to every detail and were honest and fair.

I bought a set of tires in May and purchased the road hazard insurance. I picked up a nail in my back passenger side tire and stopped back at Cappels' to have it fixed. I was told it was covered under the road hazard insurance, the tire was delivered the same day, and I am now driving with a new tire and no expense! Would recommend them highly as customer service was excellent!
