The owner is the rudest most pathetic poor excuse for a man. We were going to use them for our wedding and booked with the manager who was decent. A week before the wedding the manager quit, probably because of the terrible owner but either way the owner did not want to honor my order that I had in writing and put a deposit on. He had a very ghetto rotund woman servicing the customers who was as bad as him. Long story short I did not use them and would never refer anyone to them. They are crooks and have no customer service. If I could give a negative rating I would but 1 star is the lowest allowed here. Thank god I found a much better florist for a better price.

Let me first start by saying that Ive been a floral designer for 10 years. Therefore, I am very picky with flowers. But I fell in love with this place, the freshness of their flowers and the customer care was great. Definitely listed as one of my favorite places here in Jersey. Thank you Marco and George and staff for your kind Hospitality.

I've been with Cappelletti florist for the past 10 year and I can say every time I call to place and order or pick up my weekly flowers for my house and I can say they sale the best and fresh flowers they receive shipment twice a week. I am very happy with cappelletti and this is my number one florist and I would recommend this to anyone :)

A beautiful family business and one that keeps the charm and neighborhood identity alive in Union City. Cappelletti Florist has an abundance of floral choices and arrangements. They are very professional and care about their floral arrangements. The staff is friendly and the prices are fair. Cappelletti Florist is one of a kind.
