Wonderful place. I got wine while I waited for my appointment. The staff was super friendly! An they the women who did my waxing was great we had a conversation the whole time..

I want to start with saying the customer service is great with everyone being really kind and helpful! However....when I was told that the “master stylist” (aka the owner), was going to cut my hair himself I figured I may be in for a treat to later find out it was a mistake to even let that guy touch my hair. What I have asked, was for a mid fade on the sides and to have the top cut to haft the length it was. I was very disappointed to later see in the mirror at home he didn’t fade at all between clips and also each side on my head were clearly uneven with the left side being a zero almost all the way to the top of my head and my right side was just above my ear!!! You can see a defiine U shape that wraps all around the back of my head with blotches of uncut hair in random places. ALSO what should’ve been a 15-20 minute haircut was 5 MINUTES of cutting if not less!! Not what I expected at all from the owner or “master stylist” of a place like capricios who’s male stylist usually do an impressive job in taking the time and care of cutting a clients hair. It’s the attention to detail that makes a good haircut from a bad one. I don’t plan on returning after finding out from the people there that he’s the only male stylist who currently cuts hair there.

Today was my first time being there and it was really great! The man that did my hair asked me questions about my hair and helped me find a better hair product to use. The front desk was nice as well. I particularly liked that hey had a slideshow of their services and work at the hair stations. I will definitely be back!

First things first, I am an African American woman who has had many bad experiences at salons. I've had relaxers and I have gone natural, salons never recommended relaxers that they thought would work so instead I wasted money and my hair would still look the same. For a year, I have been natural so my hair was high and round. I was sick of it! So I contacted Capricio and met with Munem for a consultation for a Japanese Relaxer. After the consultation he scheduled me for the next day. I was worried because it was expensive, I paid $700 because we thought it would take 7 hours, but it only too until about 1:45pm. As long as my hair was straight was happy. Now my hair is silky and it moves. THANK YOU MUNEM, KENZIE, KELLY AND I AM MISSING ONE MORE PERSON!!!! Thank you all, you don't understand how good you've made me feel after having a baby. I'm thinking of getting that flat iron as well.
