These means of value creation must enhance our residents' living experience as well as increase the physical and operational sustainability of each property in order to create a long term competitive advantage within each market. CREI employs over 46 professionals who are headquartered in Birmingham, AL and 213 professionals who operate its 21 owned and managed properties. As a vertically integrated company, CREI staff has capabilities that Include development, finance, accounting, construction, property management, graphic design and interior design.
