Needed some temporary storage and visited Capt'n Hook's Self Storage after shopping the local storage businesses.  So glad we did!  Marilyn manages the facility and she is always there, excepting Wednesdays and Sundays.  She covers everything to make sure you understand the ground rules.  Exceptionally clean, very secure, well managed.  Don't even bother looking around if you live in this area.  Go visit Marilyn in the office.  You'll be glad you did.  Military discount, too!

Unit area is always clean on the outside, quick, accurate service is always given. Issue: Storage units are ofcourse outside so mice get into the units so keep your things in suitcases, trunks, and bins!

This place was so nice to work with.  My husband had just passed away.  I had to move from where I lived to a relatives home and all my belongs needed to go to storage.  I looked at all the websites for prices and reviews.  This place had the best prices, however, the review from over a year ago was not favorable.  I sent my brother in law over there to access the place and see what he thought.  It is so close and prices was good, so why not check it out.  He came back and said it was very clean and the from office lady was very nice and helpful.  I then proceeded to email her and see what her availability was.  She told me they had plenty for what I needed and that I should come in and talk to her.  My sister and I went on a Saturday.  This place was perfect.  The lady who runs the place was so kind and helpful.  She had us go back and look at some units to see what I wanted.  I could not pass this up.  They were not only the best price, but the help from the front office was more that I expected.  I would recommend this place to anyone.  It does not smell!  It is not dirty!  But most of the all the people (front office) was so easy and explained everything!  I even referred a friend to go there and she also got a unit.  This is the place!

Best storage unit in town. I have rented units at this place more than once. They provide good oversight on the rentals. They treated me great. They do an excellent job with the upkeep of the storage unit. They just upgraded their surveillance for the property too. I couldn't ask for any better service!

I just rented a unit for the second time and each time I was very pleased. My move in was very smooth and the manager, Marilyn, was very helpful. It is nice to have a well-run, family-owned business that appreciates their tenants. My unit was clean and the security is great. I highly recommend this self storage facility!
