My car was in dire need of a wash. I did the Regular Wash and was pleasantly surprised by how thoroughly they cleaned my car. Not only was the outside clean, but they vacuumed, washed all the windows, and wiped down the dashboard. It was well worth the $17 plus tip that I paid.

Absolute waste of $40 (car wash and tip that I gave too soon) and 30 minutes. My car is still filthy. Apparently their highest level doesn’t include wiping anything down. If that is your policy that is fine but when I get out of my car it would have been nice to offer to add the areas I was obviously there for. I would have been happy to pay. The manager didn’t want to hear it. Said it was my problem if I wasn’t happy.

Very pleasant. Good job on in and out wash. A bit pricey. But overall good experience.

DO NOT PATRON THIS BUSINESS! I won't even rate this business it was so terrible. After getting home and looking at the interior I was disgusted with the worker performance. They not only didn't even do a minimum of cleaning of the mats by taking them out to shake the dirt off they didn't even vacuum the floor!!!! I had to re-wipe the surfaces and re-vacuum the interior. It was a complete rip off. The only thing acceptable was the exterior wash which I could have easily gone to wash only business.  (I would be interested to know if it was racially motivated poor service.)

While the staff was very pleasant and car wash was good,  the management lacks customer service when an issue arises.  Because of that I would not return nor recommend this place to others.  That's a shame for the hard working employees.
