Clean store, frindly staff quick service Food was hot n fresh, crispy from out site tender from inside. I got spicy fried fish n shrimp meal it come with 2 sides Corns were well prepaired.Food: 5/5

First time here.  Very clean place! We got the fish & shrimp plate and the sampler. It was very good. Only thing I would add is more buttery green beans and more tangy sweet tarter sauce they were still good tho. We totally loved the chewable ice omg.. free refill while eating in. I took a full cup to go lol. The service was great miss k made us feel welcomed. She is very kind. Miya brought our food and made sure we have everything we needed before she left the table. Great service, food and clean place.

The food was good, as always. The service was speedy but very unfriendly. The lady working the drive-thru was incredibly "rushy" while I ordered and even more rude at the window. She also didn't give me ketchup that I specifically asked for. Maybe she was just having a bad day, but it was unprofessional to say the least.Food: 4/5

I love Captain D's Lemon Peppered White Fish! They also have great Mac n' cheese, coleslaw,  hush puppies, & pecan pie. The food is always fresh and the service is always great!Food: 5/5

So I went in today with my Sister and saw this sign on the door. I was respectful of the fact that they were short staffed, so I didn’t complain about how long it took to get 2 plates of fish. 20 minutes with no lines But when I started eating my green beans, and the plastic that you see a picture of was hanging in my mouth, THAT was a problem! They left a piece of plastic in the green beans that’s I actually had in my mouth! How disgusting and unsanitary! I was offered another side of green beans, but politely denied, as they would be coming from the exact same pot/pan that had this plastic in it! And the soda was all carbonated. No matter which flavor I tried. I can be patient due to a staff shortage, but if you’re going to take 20 minutes to bring my food at Captain D’s, at least make sure there’s no debris in it, and have someone maintain the soda fountain. Respectfully.

I have always loved the fish here but now it is so dry and tasteless .. it tastes like chicken.. I thought it was chicken and let them know and the pregnant woman was so rude about it instead of letting me know it's fish first thing that cane out her mouth was " I'm not giving you a refund because you ate it" How else am I suppose to taste it. But no.. I took 2 bites and it was so dry. That is not the fish I have always gotten before.

There's nothing wrong with the food The food is always excellent sometimes the lady or gentleman who is taking it order are a little older and they got a little sassiness but it's no disrespect I think it's just the age difference.Food: 5/5

I know I'd I go to this Captain Ds location...I'm going to get good customer service and my food is always fresh and hot!  Wheelchair accessibility: I&#39;m disabled but they have plenty of parking.

Way better than any long John silvers imo and the service here is always really good. I also love the crab cakes.Food: 5/5

I been picking up fish and fries at Garland's Beltline Road location for years. Sunday I tried their new spicy fish and wasn't very happy with the new portions. Last time, they lost this customer!
