I tried this place for the 1st time.  I always pass it on my way home and the line is always super long.  This time I decided to drive up cause need less to say there was no one waiting.  I placed my order.  Young lady at the window was very nice.  I got my order smelled so good couldn't wait. I finally reached my home and walked to the kitchen to grad a cold one sat down and....... Lawd and behold the wings was ight... to dry and the fries  were not so fresh  but I wouldn't call it quits I would go back when the line is busy and wait and see what I get next time.  I'll try it 1 mo geen

Asked if the fried clams are just necks or neck and belly.  I even explained how to tell the difference, and they could not answer the question.  They  gave me dough balls with clamp bits in it.Food: 3/5

After coming back from the Bahamas and having fresh conch it's ok. I guess nothing beats fresh food. The fries needs help tho, always not in point. #seasonedfries?Food: 3/5

2.5 stars is the rating. We arrived before 9 o'clock and the dining room was already closed. We asked for a take out menu so we could have our minds made up when we reached the order window. We waited in line for some ti, e and when we placed our order, the price was very different from what was printed on the menu. We were told the price change with a side of attitude. If the menu was not correct, why are you giving it out and not stating that to the customer?  The food - our conch was way overcooked. Fried to leather perfection. Coming from a viewing service for a family member, I was ready to get home, so we did not go back. A waste of $18.  The chicken wings were fried much better. Better than Sn____r and H___s. That's why I gave the 2.5.

This is my first time here but I'm pretty sure I won't be coming back. The outside always looked dodgy but I decided to give it a try. The inside is very dirty in certain areas. Very dusty air vents and dead bugs in the lights in the ceiling. The food is not bad at all--it's good enough. For me, the catfish nuggets are a bit pricey for the amount you get, the fries are unseasoned but the best thing I got was the onion rings..I love it! I saw a few flies, dead and alive. One of the employees was scratching himself and then dealt with cups. If you do go, I suggest ordering in advance. The parking and other transportation ie: bus shouldn't be a problem.

I am trying to call and explain to them that they charged me $58 dollar for food and gave me the wrong order I’m knocking on the door so I don’t have to wait in this long drive thru line and they keep hanging up on me which is totally disrespectful and then explain to me my order totaled the amount of $58 which is not a bucket of crabs I wished I didn’t have to rate them 1 star because they honestly don’t deserve it
