The food when it finally came out was good, which is why I gave 2 stars. The service was beyond horrible. It took us forever to get seated and then 12 minutes to get menus. The waitress took our drink order (party of 5 and 2 toddlers) and brought the drinks out 1 or 2 at a time. She then went and took orders and came back 10 or 15 minutes later to take our order. She failed to bring the soups and salads, brought out main course, and then brought out the salads. She brought out the main dishes 1 or 2 at a time. Looking around the other waitresses were no better than the ones we had. Also note, when we pulled up to the restaurant the cooks were out smoking (which clearly should have been helping inside). I'd say poor management and under trained staff.

Only decent place between Port Austin and Harbor Beach. Were able to sit outside which was nice because inside is all about the bar. The waitstaff needs a lot of training. My red wine glass was plastic, but the table next to us had a real glass for white wine. I had to ask twice for water and wait 5 minutes after food came. I ordered surf and turf and you didn't ask how l wanted my steak cooked. I asked for a baked potato and you brought me fries. I know you were hosting a big fish tournament, but does the carnival barker have to sell raffle tickets in the restaurant? I am eating here! Talk about a captive audience. Oh and the waitress never brought us bread.

Good service. Good location. Tuna salad sandwich on croissant...both tuna salad and croissant were dry. Ten seconds wrapped in damp paper towel would have revived croissant. A bit more mayo and some additional spices would help the tuna salad.

Pizza was delicious, saucey with generous toppings and firm, dense crust. Others had fish and chips, one person had a burger. Allowed dinner menu before 4pm, just limited the sides.

I have gone here 3 times and had three different types of this and loved them all. The service was very good and the meal was timely.
